Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Mouvel (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction. The Service is offered from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and is subject to applicable laws of the KSA and GCC region.

Mouvel is a CySEC-authorised Cyprus Investment Firm. We provide execution, custody, and AI-assisted auto-trading of listed equities, ETFs and crypto-assets under EU MiFID II, together with an educational paper-trading terminal for practice. Nothing on the Service is a personal investment recommendation unless you have entered into a separate written advisory agreement with us.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@mouvel.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

Paid subscriptions and one-time purchases are billed through our payment processor. Fees are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for details.

You will not misuse the Service, attempt to circumvent security controls, scrape data, reverse engineer any component, or use the Service to violate any law. See our Acceptable Use Policy.

All content, software, and trademarks on Mouvel are owned by Mouvel or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Market data is provided by third parties (including Twelve Data and CoinGecko) and is shown for informational purposes only. Data may be delayed or inaccurate. Mouvel is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on such data.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Mouvel disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mouvel's total liability arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms. You may close your account at any time from your profile settings.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
