Mouvel Financial Technologies ("Mouvel", "we", "us") is the controller of personal data processed through the Mouvel platform. Contact: support@mouvel.com.

• Account data: email, display name, locale, authentication provider.
• Usage data: paper-trading orders, watchlists, AI-tutor messages, feature usage.
• Payment metadata: subscription status, purchase records (processed by Stripe; we do not store card numbers).
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, cookies.

• To provide and secure the Service.
• To personalise AI-tutor responses and learning paths.
• To send transactional emails (receipts, welcome, security notices).
• To comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud.

We rely on contract performance (to deliver the Service), legitimate interests (to secure and improve the Service), consent (marketing communications, where applicable), and legal obligation (tax, AML/KYC).

We share data with vetted processors only: Supabase (auth & database), Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), Twelve Data & CoinGecko (market data lookups), and Lovable AI Gateway (AI tutor). We do not sell your data.

Data may be processed outside the KSA. We use providers with appropriate security standards and contractual safeguards.

Account and trading data is retained while your account is active and for up to 6 years after closure for legal and accounting purposes. AI-tutor conversation logs are retained for 90 days.

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, port your data, and object to processing. Email support@mouvel.com to exercise any right.

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. Access is restricted via row-level security and role-based access controls.

Mouvel is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

We will notify you of material changes at least 14 days in advance.
